These terms cover what you can expect from phangancove.com and from a stay or meal at Phangan Cove. They're written in plain language because the relationship is simple: a small independently owned property hosting guests on Koh Phangan's west coast.

Using this website

You're welcome to browse phangancove.com, read the guides, and link to any page from your own site or messages. Don't copy substantial portions of our text or photography without asking — most of the photos are of our property and our staff, and a couple are licensed from third parties.

We try to keep everything accurate, but the island changes — ferry times, prices, opening hours, even which restaurants are still open. Treat practical details on the guides as a starting point, not a guarantee. If something is wrong or out of date, tell us and we'll fix it.

Bookings and reservations

• Room bookings are made via Agoda (or another booking partner if you prefer). Their booking terms, cancellation rules, and refund policy apply to the booking itself.
• Restaurant reservationsare made directly with us by WhatsApp or phone. A no-show on a sunset or large-group booking may mean we're less flexible the next time — the table is held for you and someone else couldn't have it.
• Transfers we arrange on your behalf are quoted in advance. Drivers are local operators; we are responsible for the introduction, they are responsible for the ride.

On site

• The beach and the sea— Srithanu Beach is a public beach. Swimming is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard. Check conditions before you go in, especially in the monsoon months.
• Scooter rental— if we put you in touch with a scooter rental in the area, the rental contract is between you and the rental owner. Wear a helmet and carry a valid licence; police checkpoints do happen.
• Valuables— keep passports, cards, and electronics in your room safe when you're out. We're a small property, not a vault; we're not responsible for items left around the property or on the beach.
• Respect for neighbours— Srithanu is a residential and yoga area. We ask guests to keep volume reasonable after 10 pm. If the Full Moon Party is your priority, Haad Rin is the better base.

Things outside our control

Storms, ferry cancellations, road closures, and other force-majeure events happen on the island. We'll always do what we can to help — rearrange your stay, arrange an alternative transfer, or refund a deposit where reasonable — but we can't take responsibility for circumstances that aren't ours to fix.

Governing law

Phangan Cove operates in Thailand. Any dispute relating to a stay or to this website is governed by Thai law.
